We are pleased to announce that Bankhouse Medical Practice will be going live with a new online digital service called Accurx, starting Monday, 8th June 2026.
This new digital platform has been introduced to make it easier and more convenient for you to contact us regarding administrative requests only (such as requesting a fit note/sick line, asking about test results, or requesting doctor’s letters).
From the 8th of June, you will be able to submit your administrative queries directly to our team by clicking the new Accurx link, which will be available on our website’s homepage.
Important Information Regarding Appointments: Please note that this new online service is not for booking appointments. Our appointment booking system remains completely unchanged.
If you require a medical appointment, you must continue to request this on the day by telephoning the practice from 8:15 am, Monday to Friday.
We hope this new service will help streamline your administrative requests and save you time waiting on the phone.
